Every account we have has a phpMyAdmin pre-installed and can be accessed through Plesk. Log-in to Plesk and click on Databases. Click on the database name that you wish to manage, then click on phpMyAdmin button on to the right. You should see a pop-up window loading your phpMyAdmin.
